Yes, the very language of the criminal charges brought against people, especially those in cases such as this, make it blatantly clear exactly how laughably sad it is that they obviously know that so many laws and the enforcement of them have no logic based justification and are there simply to have a tool to punish a particular group for stepping outside of their socially painted box.
