"The reason I would go to these sites was because of my erectile dysfunction," the Rev. Mr. Parks wrote in an Oct. 6 statement to St. Lawrence County sheriff's investigators. Federal authorities seized his computer and external hard drive July 22 after interviewing him. A federal computer forensics lab in Virginia pulled off child porn images from his computer.
The sheriff's department was notified a few weeks ago of the images found, Sheriff Kevin M. Wells said. It's unknown how many illegal images were found on the computer.
"The reason I did this is because seeing the young girls excited me and allowed me to perform sex with my wife," the Rev. Mr. Parks wrote in the statement.
I just laughed when I read this. I suspect the truth is that the good Rev. Mr. Parks actually has hebephile tendencies...
