If erectile dysfunction is a medical issue, then certainly pornography could be the medicine.

Naturally, the type of pornography would depend on one's sexual orientation.

But, the truth doesn't matter to the prosecutors or the public, so I doubt it will make much difference. In fact, insisting on the truth is more liable to hurt him than to help him.
