or worse, send a uencoded CP pic via text message to someone on a cellphone network that allows free SMS thru their webpage, using a proxy like Tor. Then give an 'anonymous tip' to the police from a payphone. It couldn't be traced back to the framer. Bonus points if the victim is a teacher you don't like.
