Of course, I'm all for protecting children from abuse, but reporting CP will do little to that end. And making laws like these ignores known facts, that most child abuse happens in the home, not from 'online strangers'. But bills like these help the populace feel safer, and keeps asses in seats in Congress, so we'll continue to see laws that, had the previous laws worked, wouldn't even be necessary.
