What I am trying to say is that such cases should only be allowed to be tried in court in the first place with a reasonable amount of fairly convincing "evidence" (in whatever form that may be) by a person(s) trying to lay a criminal charge (so as not to waste valuable court time with malicious and false claims). But the final verdict itself must be backed up with 100% evidence, otherwise it gets chucked out.
