One (bogus) argument against adult-child sexual relationships in general, and incestuous adult-child sexual relationships in particular, is the idea that child are so eager to please adults, and especially parents, that they could be easily talked into such a relationship against their wishes. I usually think people who make this argument must never have had children.

In fact, children are easily talking into doing things that they already want to do or at least do not at all mind doing.

Anyone who has ever tried to talk a child into brushing his teeth before bed, when that child has already made up his mind that he does not want to brush his teeth before bed that night, knows what I am talking about.
