Doesn't exist. That's why "beyond a reasonable doubt" is the standard that is used. It means "we're so sure he did it that no reasonable person could have any doubt".

And of course the prosecution isn't supposed to even prosecute if they don't believe they have enough evidence. Likewise, the police shouldn't even arrest unless they're given credible reason to believe that a criminal act has occurred.
