Ok that's fair enough, although it does worry me sometimes what actually constitutes "beyond reasonable doubt" under different peoples' definitions. It's all a fairly subjective thing, and I have seen people unjustly charged over findings that I would deem as coming nowhere NEAR "beyond reasonable doubt".

I am also against a defendant being put to more interrogation and increasingly higher and higher levels of scrutiny being put on a case simply over the degree of youth a complainant is of. That is not fair justice in my mind. All cases should be put to the same scrutiny.
