A 12 year old has the same cognitive abilities as an adult.

Actually Hen-Wen I'm taking into account the MRI studies these days.. the stuff through which certain researchers try to use the technology related to (brain physiology?) to suggest that kids and teens have brains that operate differently or at a handicap compared to "adult" brains. I don't buy into it and I'm just trying to avoid anything related to that. If you use the term "adult" you potentially open yourself to anti arguments relying on that stuff. It's pretty self evident they can handle sex, so we agree:)
