Sharing the beauty and joy of LGs

I love this site because it's a place where someone like myself can come to visit every once in a while and get in touch with the interesting thoughts and feelings of people who are very much like me. What a lifeline! It's so helpful to know that I'm not totally alone in my feelings.

There's one thing I've been wondering about for some time. I've tried browsing through the threads in the hope that maybe I'll stumble upon it, but to no avail. What I'm wondering about is if there are any preferences for any particular sites or methods for sharing the beauty and joy of LGs in the form of imagery. I'm much more a visual person than a text-based lover, so this would really help meet a vital need. Email is insecure at best, so I've been thinking about services like picasa or flickr or whathaveyou, but I have no clue as to their security levels, etc.

If anyone could be so kind as to recommend such a service, it will be deeply appreciated. Thank you ih advance.
