I'm not sure which is worse. Sitcom teens who remain wholesomely neuter all the time, or the modern versions who are sexy enough to titillate the viewer while still being neuter when it comes to sexual expression.
False standard/double standard, take your pick.
But then again, I'd rather watch the story of a man named Venturi. Season One of Life with Derek came out a this week; and IMHO is the better sitcom about blended families. Ashley Leggat is much cuter than Maureen anyway. And the kid sister Marty is sweet without the cloying qualities of Cindy. All of this proving that the Newfies can outdo Hollywood ;p
