Obviously someone complained of your pics - and in the case of complaints for kiddie pics, every site overreacts and overshoots rather than have to defend their own terms of service.

Several things might have affected your account:

1) you should decide whether you want celeb pics or random girl pics.

I doubt a little that if you have only celeb pics, you'd be deleted. You have a strong argument that you are only collecting celebrities (such as many other people are) and that, as celeb pics are, you are only getting them from public sources. At that point they could still argue copyright - but they'd delete the infringing images rather than your whole account...

Now, if you have only random pics, you have a case for an art defence argument - though it's also far likelier to be reported than a Dakota-only album.

But if you mix both, you have none of both arguments, and it's quite clear you be a paed...

2) if you had candid pics... if some of them had been taken from other accounts at the same site, they have a case to delete you for stealing content from other users. It is a hypocritical thing, imho, but afaik, quite a lot of sites have that in their terms of service...

3) how did you tag them??

4) did you ever share them?? if so, by what methods??

In particular, and admitting that I don't, can't and won't know the technical specifics for every site, I think no site designed for sharing, no matter how high your privacy settings, is entirely safe from its content being found anyway. Sites designed ONLY for storing might fit it, but designed for sharing??? I don't think so, really...

I insist that *someone, sometime* reported your pics, simply because sites as large as that have so much material that they materially cannot check it all themselves.
