Punk and paedophilia..

As the anti hysteria towards paedophilia was notching up more and more during the 80's and 90's a division started appearing between different punk and heavy metal bands. Even though they had long been hated by Crass & co since the early 80's, I nonetheless loved the Exploited, but really went off them when they started writing anti-paed songs during the 90's. It came as a real big disappointment as I used to fanatically play their music all the time before I discovered this.

There are a few punk and metal songs promoting paedophilia and hebephilia. There's two songs that come to mind as I'm writing here... one is called "Jailbait" by the Destructors which was an early 80's punk band. The chorus line goes "underage, underage, underage sex (3x), THATS-WHAT-I-WANT!!" It's a very RIGHT TO THE POINT song don't you think? They certainly didn't beat about the bush at getting out what they wanted to say. lol

Motorhead also had converted over to the punk style by this time as well and have a song also called "Jailbait".
