I'm not quite sure what the "smash cash smash trash" part means, but I think the "not long now to the sub-teen revolution" means that they're saying no child likes being "abused" so they're going to fight (er... bite as the song says) back. The "winding up" being children being abused, but having to bottle it all up or something. I also think that in this case, Alice is a figure representing all little girls.
I think the song is a hypothetical situation portraying what they think should happen.
