Jury Duty...

How come I couldn't have been called for jury duty for a case like THIS one!? The one I get called in for is one that has to do with a shooting in a city...not so exciting. How come I can't be on a jury for someone who has cartoons? I'd be like that guy in 12 angry men and convince everyone else to say he's innocent.
