I had been in touch with my old punk friend and had talked to him about this whole issue of promoting paedophilia through punk rock. He told me there was a band that he sometimes used to see playing in another city about 300 hundred miles away. They played at mainly private gigs and were active in the early 90's. The band consisted of adult members as the core group, but one of the members had a daughter aged 8 who would sing as a kind of guest member in about 10% of the songs. She had sung one song in a totally BLATANT manner for the promotion of paedophilia and the rights of children not to have separate sets of laws over them that adults didn't have to suffer. My friend said the first gig she did came as a bit of a "surprise" to the audience, but it didn't receive any negative feed from the crowd, and they just looked on and gave laughs and smiles when she sung it.

So one thing that probably WOULD work if one didn't want to beat about the bush with the issue would be to allow a child keen on singing punk into your band as the lead singer. She wouldn't need to sing the entire set of songs but she could do a few perhaps. So while there might be POSSIBLE risk of an adult singer receiving hostility from an audience over singing such subject matter, there's pretty well no way any audiences are going to react hostile towards a CHILD or young adolescent singing the same song. It's like a kind of convenient immunity they'd have.

My friend had been in many different punk bands too, and at one point he had this really cute pixie girl as the main singer. She looked so young for her age...she was 12 but she was so tiny and only looked like a 7 year old. But she loved dressing up in the punk style and she had a pretty good voice too. She sung for their band for a few months, but the band unfortunately folded before she had gotten around to singing originals including pro paedophile songs. That was such a pity as I was really looking forward to that too.
