The man, when he found out that the girl had lied about her age, did the responsible thing and informed her father so that her father could take action to prevent this sort of thing in the future.

And her father did take action. Not by holding himself or his daughter responsible, as he should have, but by calling the police on a man who had tried to do the right thing.

Typical American behavior, whining and complaining about other people, and blaming others to avoid taking responsibility for oneself. The girl's father, Jerry Dean, is a sorry excuse for a sorry excuse of a man.
