Sometimes the driver is at fault for allowing him/herself to fall asleep at the wheel or drive too far above the recommended speed for the load carried. From my experience other cars on the road are impatient or try to set up truck drivers for accidents to collect insurance and/or settlement money. It happens frequently around the holiday season.
