Censorship is not unsolvable problem.

If someone has a problem with the censorship he/she will try the following:

0. To read the instructions on the avoidance of censorship on the Internet
1. To change the DNS server (because a lot of censorship systems are based on blocking DNS requests)
2. To try to use a proxy server in a foreign country
3. To try to use anonymous services such as the TOR
4. To use a VPN
5. Try something else (to become a hacker :)

For the person who really wants freedom, there are no obstacles.
