Its easy enough to find the names of the amateur online models, but it seems next to impossible to place a name to the faces of the professional print and runway models.

Heck, even the adult models, if they aren't "names" are difficult to place. I remember back when Cindy Crawford and Lolita Davidovich were in the Sears catalogue. But I didn't know their names until the former became a "super" model and the latter an actress.

As for the girls, they rarely become celebrated during their modeling. So we usually have to wait for them to move on to acting ( like Maddison Pettis did ) before we can find a name.

While I don't visit "child model" sites, I do have my share of professional models I look forward to seeing in print.
