I think that policy has been around about three or more years now. And Hushmail is no longer considered secure by many since the time they voluntarily cooperated with the American fedz in trying to snoop on one of their users.. not in a matter related to our kind, but what they did was nevertheless enough to never trust them again, in the opinion of many at least. I'd sure as hell never risk making an account there if my privacy was important to me. Actually, with the paid anti groups who try to illegally hack into email accounts these days, it really isn't even wise to publicize your email address. That's why so many of us made different ones and stopped posting them on the boards. And anyway, screw the antis.. even the governments today are not beyond the suspicion of illegal snooping. So why anyone in this realm would advertise their personal email address, or even email a public one (like GC's) without using PGP or similar for their private words is beyond me. We need to keep up with the erosion of our freedom and privacy.
