I've been in such a situation. I know of several others here who have as well. It is so easy for others to say "just kick the guy's ass!" And honestly, there's a bit of human nature that makes a monumental ass whipping exactly what this dude needs.

What keeps a size 12 shoe from piercing his colon is the idea of him just being taken back in, leaving him alone with your sister- and neices- in a very aggressive state. Not to mention the law is against you on this. Any action you may take against him. If you- or any of your sister's friends or family- so much as threaten this guy he could call the cops. And THEN they suddenly do their jobs, right?

This is an utterly fucked up situation.

I'm pretty sure this guy has a history of domestic abuse, I mean, this can't be a new thing for him. He won't be found on any registery though. He's not some harmless guy who looked at a bad picture, he's just a violent psycho with homicidal tendacies who hits women for sport.

Ain't this the sad fuckin' truth!

Oh, why doesn't she just get rid of him? Well, for one, he's already threatened to do something to her if she left him so I think she may be scared. During the short intervals when he's not acting like a complete psycho he brings her roses and pretends to be nice to the kids, but I see right through the bullshit act. Unfortunately my sister seems all too eager to buy into it and she forgives him... and, well, it's not too long before he goes into psycho mode again. No suprise there.

Easier said than done, but I think all a woman or girl needs in this situation is a bigger, better man, one who actually cares about her. Actually, any other man will do. If this guy likes to push women around, he's likely too much of a pussy to do it in front of another man.

But it's her life.

The lives of your nieces as well. You've a right to be concerned here.
