In today's society the parent would be carted off to jail before anything could take effect. That, and the whole act itself would need to become widely accepted/practiced for it to be seen as the same as receiving a hug or not abusive for that matter. It's tough to think about.

Now, if it were that way for some reason then maybe child love would be more accepted.
