Ugh

I like (sarcasm) how their idea of the operation being "successful" is putting six sex offenders back behind bars for parole violations. Back when I was on parole, we all had to go to the Parole Authority building on Halloween and sit there for a few hours so they could make absolutely sure we weren't out there snatching kids. (rolling my eyes) Never mind that many neighborhoods and suburbs had beggars' night the night before or after, when all the sex offenders were out and about...

So stupid. I think they did it just to impress the public with their "vigilance."
