I think that there are a lot more GLers out there than I had previously thought. Some, if not most, probably do more to hide it out of fear, though. And as we all know it's because of the media and what is considered socially acceptable. That or they haven't come entirely to terms with it yet.

I feel extremely lucky to have such a friend and without him to talk about it with I think I'd go insane. I don't have many close friends, let alone people with even remotely similar interests, but not only do he and I like the same stuff, he only lives on the other side of the neighborhood. Same taste in music and we're both musicians and now, I'm almost sure that he's an MAA. I sure do have some sort of luck on my side.
