...I really appreciate the support. Your statements really helped me, and I feel better now. I guess I have to accept the current attitude towards pedos by the general public. My friend has never had any reason to see the truth about pedos, and she has been fed a stream of lies and misinformation by the media. Spher, thank you for letting me know what she meant by the Aussie government "covering up" for "pedofiles." Hopefully, she will learn through her friendship with me that MAA's are NOT bad people and that we are not out to molest or rape kids. She has been a victim of sexual abuse when she was little by her father, and she probably thinks that he was a "pedofile." She doesn't yet realize that most people who commit acts of sexual abuse against kids do NOT have a preferential attraction to children. One of these days, I will help her to reach this understanding. In the meantime, like turtle said, it's time to just move on.
