Isn't that a town most famous for its wink-wink nudge-nudge tolerance of polygamy, rather than a naval academy???

And isn't it actually in Arizona, the state whose seat McCain occupied, at least, but, as Minstrel reminded, not very near not just any ocean, but no large body of water, at that???
