I never believed only 1% of the population is pedophile BTW, i think the percentage of people attracted more or less to children is significantly higher.

I'm also convinced this is true, but the majority of people almost certainly supress any pedophilic responses they may experience, trained by the media to think they must be some sort of monster if they have those feelings.
