"and had the baby when she was 12, the Father was a 14 year old neighbor, who was questioned by the police, and then was released, according to the law, there was nothing to be done, he can't pay child support until he's 18..and even then, legally, he's not held to do that. It's been 3 years since all this has happened, and she's 15 now, and happy as can be, she's wants another one!"

Would she prefer to have her second from the same boy, or someone else?
