Further, its filled with insane amounts of hyperbole about the GREATEST DECEPTION ever, heaps of unsupported assertions, and an unquestioning acceptance that what is a pseudo-science at best is an irresistible technique for mass-control.

Well, they'd better get in line. No modern leader doesn't study the art of rhetoric as well as various pop-psych techniques for demonstrating confidence. There are notorious exceptions. Those who wouldn't accept the simplest coaching or say, TV make-up ( Nixon,) or those who can't coherently read the speeches prepared for them with the pacing necessary to properly emphasize the points they wish to drive home ( Bush the lesser.)

Your author cites the techniques of NLP in feigned naivete that NLP was never a purely therapeutic tool to be administered by a licensed practitioner. NLP was influenced by the work of Erickson, but wasn't created by Erickson. It was based on Erickson's observations of trance outside of a therapeutic situation and was initially self-applied. In this spirit, NLPs creators trained lay persons to use it in everyday situations.

NLP's boosters have an almost cultic belief in its efficacy, a belief which certainly helps sell books and seminars; but which fails on close observation to be anything but basic observations about the projection of confidence and unproven assumptions about "mental programming."

Every word of that document smacks of the FOX NEWS/MSNBC hysteria about the Pedophile threat. The irrational/mystical claims about "mind control" are straight out of the "grooming" literature. And the notion that only an expert can be "immune" to a magical corruptive influence is the one Antis use all the time when talking about how CP "reoffends" whenever any non-LEO looks at it.

The author's crackpot zealotry can pretty much be summed-up in his religious assurance that his exposure has assured that Obama has "failed" to gain the Presidency and will never have a "remote chance" again.

Oh, well. There are plenty of people who will believe most anything written in ALL CAPS!!!!!
