Posted by Dante on 2008-November-07 14:29:34 EST, FridayDec 23, 09:15AM Tenth Avenue Angel ;(1948) : A child of the tenements helps an ex-con find a new life.
Dec 24, 01:00AM Meet Me In St. Louis ; (1944) : Young love and childish fears highlight a year in the life of a turn-of-the-century family.
But until then...
Nov 17, 12:45AM The Canterville Ghost ; (1944) : A ghost who died a coward tries to inspire U.S. GIs to become heroes.
Dec 12, 09:30PM Little Women ; (1949) : The four daughters of a New England family fight for happiness during and after the Civil War.
Of these, I consider Meet Me In St Louis to be one of Margaret's best films. This is MGM at the height of its fame in a technicolor musical with Judy Garland at her best. Watch for Margaret, enjoy the rest :)
