I remember as far back as kindergarden I used to think about the girls I liked naked, if that counts. I started really being aware (erm... masturbation) when I was around 8 or 9 I think. I didn't really know how it worked until about 11, though. Ok so... lets go with 9-10.

Aware: 9-10
AoA: 5-10

In my case I guess it relates closer to the higher end of my AoA.
