Note first the use of literally where the author means figuratively; a common enough error, but a serious flaw in logic if one reads the author literally.
( Hmmmm. If Obama could literally accomplish both mind-control and age-regression, wouldn't the Ped community have studied Erickson in order to master the latter technique? )
The author is either ignorant of or has feigned ignorance of the numerous proofs that no one can be hypnotized to do something they disagree with. Hypnosis creates, in those who are susceptible, a state not unlike play or the willing suspension of disbelief. The person who "acts like a chicken" was already inclined to "go along with it." But the mesmerist who creates an unwilling army of assassins; or who, in this case, seduces McCain voters, is a creation of fiction.
Proofs of such abound in the professional literature, and have been seen on Mythbusters.
It is questionable what type of psychological g-d complex or other abnormality would make Obama look down upon a former President as annoying.
Of course there is no such thing as a g-d complex, there is only a God complex. By writing it as g-d the author cops a "more pious than thou" attitude. This reveals two things; firstly that their central support, as befits all the "antichrist" talk, is an appeal to religious bigotry, not to psychological manipulation, and secondly that the author himself is unfamiliar with grammatical conventions within the religious communities.
Those who believe that the traditional God is tantamount to taking the lord's name in vain or to sacralizing a text will replace the vowel with a hyphen but capitalize to show repect nonetheless; ie G-d. Unbelievers will sometimes use all lowercase to denote that god is a concept, but not a person. To do both simultaneously indicates little research on the communities whose fears are being exploited.
And as for the authors deification of the office of the Presidency ( note it gets caps where g-d doesn't;) I surely hope he doesn't expect Obama to regard Nixon as a superior or equal.
Unfortunately, since this document is anonymous we will be unable to observe the author's consistency in not being annoyed by Obama now that the office the author hold as unassailable is Obama's.
