Short n' Sweet GM

Yeah, everyone's favourite flying hot springs turtle is still around. :) I'm working with toddlers this term, and most of them don't call me by name... I'm either Daddy or "Man". But one two year old girl who's face lights up when she sees me actually managed something pretty close. I was holding her and she randomly pointed to one of the kids and said their name... toddlers are big on naming things, it helps their vocabulary... anyway, I extended the game by asking her who other people around the playground were, and she was calling out the names... then, when I pointed to myself, she said "Mine". :) How cute is that? She of course wasn't saying the word "mine", but a pretty close approximation of my name. (actually, even closer than my sister could manage at that age.) Peace, Love and Watermelons! Tama
