The article may be new, but Nepal is said to be the new hot place for underage prostitution in Asia for at least two years. And while Western clients might be more now than before, it started with a new influx of newly-rich Indian, Chinese and Gulf-Arab customers trying to avoid both the high aids rates India is infamous for and the higher exposure Southeast Asia has achieved.
