Depends why she wants to die

It really depends on why she wants to die, I'd personally try to change the situation I have delt with girls that were very close to me that had some death wishes and some self mutilation problems, I remember spending hours upon hours on the phone just listening to them and trying comfort and help them in any way possible. If they just need an escape I'd let them come with me to my parties(Or whatever they think is fun) and try and get them to have the best time of their life ^.^ After all you gotta live everyday like its your last.
