Here's a substitute for 'professional advice'

You want a substitue for "professional advice" (by which I assume they mean a psycho or psychia)? Here you go.

1. Take a hammer (a regular carpenter's hammer will do, but the heavier the better) and hit yourself on the head with it until you almost lose consciousness. That "almost" is important, because otherwise you might skip step 2.

2. Take a large wad of money out of your wallet, tear it into little pieces, and flush it down the toilet.
