Not an answer to THAT particular site, *but*...

Most of the times the answer is very simple: they are down.

For non-nude modelling, you can grant it involved some kind of police or antis harassment or false accusation.

Well, for nude modelling too - but the accusations tend to be slightly different.

I am pretty sure that no widely known model photographer, site or agency ever regularly or methodically engaged in illegal activity (kp or contact)*. But that will not stop antis or cops from trying, and eventually achieving, to take them down. I am still waiting to see the one site or agency that survives them, and that day I will uncork. But so far, they are only new additions to an already very, very long list.

So, even without knowing the specifics, I would still safely assume the site is down now.

That doesn't mean she will never come back. Some models have changed sites, agencies and screen names and reappeared. But at the same time, don't count on it as 100% certain to ever happen.

* I don't doubt that isolated instances of kp or of contact might have happened: after all, I would assume people working in child modelling sites and agencies are more likely to be paed than in other jobs even in the same industry; and the families are also probably more open to allow it to happen. Otoh, it's plain impossible that this would happen regularly or methodically and the sites lasted for as long as they last.
