Other two things that have to be mentioned are:
1) The standard of proof for deeming something as kp (which is more or less legally clear-cut) or as obscene (which is more or less anything but legally clear-cut) has been proven to vary according to whether you are or aren't a paed or suspected paed. You should always assume that in your hands Dakota's Charlotte's Web is "a disgusting filthy horrendous piece of the worst sickening child abuse", even if it doesn't look like it.
2) I am pretty sure that every modelling site that has been (relatively) widely known and has existed for (relatively) long has been legal in their own jurisdiction. That doesn't mean it's in anyone else's. Just like, say, Falun Gong.
