I saw a girl of about 5 trying on a scarf in a store, I said it looked cute on her and her eyes lit up, she smiled and thanked me. Elsewhere I saw a girl of about 11 who had lots of makeup on, an eyebrow piercing, and a low-cut shirt. If she'd been wearing a miniskirt, she'd be the poster child for the 'trampy tween' parents regularly get flak for. Couldn't help but look at her, not because I found her attractive, but because of how odd she looked.
