Actually...

I would've preferred that Fletcher recieve a jail sentence. The trial left her without that source of income. In the jail, at least she'd be housed, clothed and fed by the taxpayer - which would still be more of a profitable use of government spending than paying the DAs and judge involved. Unfortunately, she doesn't have the personality that Jack has, or even Lindsay... someone like them would surely make the best out of such a sentence, but then, that is precisely why they accused her and not anyone else...
