Even most libertarians would disagree with this ridiculous notion. Technically neither the state nor parents own children. They are either under the stewardship of their parents/guardians or they are wards of the state, with the state being their steward. In other words, even parents/the state, while they have a lot of power over kids, cannot violate laws that pertain to their welfare.

What you propose to believe is outright slavery. Human beings are not property, period, regardless of age. I suspect you really don't think so either and are just blowing smoke up people's bums to get a rise. If you do not treat children as property (which you say you do not), then what you claim to believe runs counter to what you practice, making you a hypocrite or ineffective, or both. But I can't see how such a belief wouldn't manifest in destructive ways at some point. If you do treat them like property, then they will begin to behave as if they are; they'll be cowed and nervous. You really should read up on the psychological effects of authoritarian parenting ⚠️ ↗. It's a real eye-opener.
