Yes but you did say it should be enforced by "the community", that is effectively the same thing as a state, just on a smaller scale. I don't like socialist concepts because I essentially possess individualistic and anarchist views deep at heart. But burgeoning states right down to the smallest communities ARE all still a collective power, and collective mob power is something I really oppose. I believe in parental ownership because at least it is a very TINY unit of "ownership" and that if parental ownership is officially recognized, it automatically overrides any externally intruding interferences of collective powers. You said that you are against children being under the ownership of a state or collective, but my point IS that the only way to UPHOLD "youth liberation" and usurp parental powers is to impose some kind of AUTHORITY. Now authority to me IMPLIES some kind of concept of OWNERSHIP. Anyone who enforces "liberation" obviously assumes themselves to be lord and master.
