It's capitalism for the rich, socialism for the rest of you. The government acts like a hoodlum by the fact that it makes all the rules, controls business and extorts money from it. It does not contribute to it. It has nothing to lose, only to gain. Western governments have learned that if there's full socialism and it invests in and creates business, they have a big potential to lose, like the failure of the Soviet Union. Western governments want to have their cake and eat it too. No money put in, but bleed businesses instead. Like a bunch of vampires.
