Comics fans have a few interesting items to look out for. First a couple for the hebes. Faith Erin Hicks writes and draws a story of schoolgirls and monsters in War at Ellsmere ⚠️ ↗, and DC is putting out a story of Supergirl as an 8th grader in Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade ⚠️ ↗

Sci-fi fans may also be interested in Marvel's Ender's Game ⚠️ ↗ adaptation from Orson Scott Card's award-winning novel. Although most of the child characters are boys, there are some girls in it, and the art is very nice, rendered more realistically than the previous two comics.
