It is, atm, illegal, as per the Protect [My Seat] Act. BUT making it illegal is also clearly unconstitutional and it's not just us who say so - it follows from previous decisions. BUT it hasn't actually been tested in court yet, so clearly we don't know yet whether a court, any court up to the Supreme, will uphold the Constitution or the Act.
