Linux (OT)

A few months ago i bought myself one of them small EEE notebooks.
A. and i were always fighting who is the one to use my notebook, problem solved.

The Linux OS is very easy to operate, we both like it.
Yesterday i decided to try it also on my other notebook, a rather state of the art thing so i did not expect it to work.

But to my big surprise it wasn't rocket science at all to get it up and running.
Burn image, install, update and that's it.

Fast, stable,very logical menu structure and plenty of available software and it is free! I used Ubuntu 8.10 BTW.

Why keep on filling the pockets of Bill Gates?
