Hypothetically, if a person were charged with possession of child pornography, would he be permitted to discuss how it has imacted his life as long as he didn't include anything that might be interpreted as an admission of guilt? For example, if a person was charged but not convicted (not proven guilty) would it be permissable for him to discuss how this affected his life?
