What is the Service??

I would think that part of The Service, in any restaurant, apart from good food and quick response, is that the place is appealing and that it makes you feel well and wishing to come back. In turn, part of that being appealing is that it is visually stimulating, not just comfortable, clean or ergonomic, or stylish. And that visual stimulation, among many things, is achieved too by having pretty waitresses dressed in a flattering way.

Is it shallow? Yes, it is. But then, who said you have to eat outside when you can just as well buy the food yourself and eat at home? But unsavoury, why?? Should then only ugly people be allowed to be waiters and waitresses, lest the clients tip them for looks not efficiency?? The restaurants certainly know what they do and why...

(Yes, I prefer to go to places that tend to have cute lg's as customers)
